Sambok Chab Slums, Phnom Penh. The contrast is stark. A well off, clean and leafy suburb suddenly gives way to a narrow little dirt road with poorly constructed tin and wooden shacks. At the rear is a rubbish pile that grows bigger each day. It's almost as though time has forgotten Sambok Chab. 2016.
